The device itself measures at 10 inches. However, it can stretch out to shoot videos up to 3 feet above your head (or as low as one inch off the ground). You can easily use it with one hand. When using StayblCam with one hand, you move and control the StayblCam using the gyroscopic grip action handle using your thumb and index finger. Then, you use your ring finger and pinky to control the camera angles and motions.
Who Makes The StayblCam?
The StayblCam was made by Norwegian-born inventor Eskil Nordhaug. Eskil created his first StayblCam prototype after he realized there was a need for a good, usable mobile device stabilization system.
The StayblCam launched in summer 2014 on Kickstarter, where it beat its funding targets and raised $123,000 USD in 30 days.
