The bulb glows with a “cool white” color. It may not attract as many bugs as a lamp that uses a combination UV/LED light, but it will still attract bugs within a range of 500 feet. There are also 6 special purple LEDs (360 to 400nm wavelength) on the upper part of the light to enhance the attractiveness even further.
