INFINITE POWER SOLUTIONS APPOINTS GERRY PAGANO AS VP OF WORLDWIDE SALES

Company is Focused on Expanding Sales Channels for its THINERGY MECs

Infinite Power Solutions, Inc. (IPS), a privately-held and venture-backed industry leader in developing and manufacturing solid-state, rechargeable, thin-film batteries, today announced the appointment of Mr. Gerry Pagano as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Pagano will oversee global sales with emphasis on expanding the company's international distribution partners and network of independent sales rep firms to further accelerate revenue growth from sales of its award-winning THINERGY^® micro-energy cell product line.

Pagano brings over 20 years of successful sales leadership experience to IPS. Prior positions have included Vice-President of Sales, Worldwide Sales and Major Accounts positions with Zhone Technologies, Ascend Communications and Telebit Corporation. He holds a BS in Psychology from Westfield State College in Massachusetts.
