Prior to accepting this Board appointment in November, 2010, Jim was Chairman, President and CEO of Segway, Inc. until January 2010, when the company was acquired. Mr. Norrod has run several technology startups and performed a multitude of technology turnarounds resulting in successful M&As, including Cignal Global, Telebit, Octocom and Adage. He is a former executive of IBM Corporation, where he managed the General Motors Account. Jim holds a BS in Economics, cum laude from Oakland University, and an MBA from the University of Detroit with a concentration in Marketing.
 Dr. Bernd Neudecker, PhD

Dr. Neudecker leads the thin-film battery research & development team at the IPS facility in Littleton, Colorado. Before joining Infinite Power Solutions, Dr. Neudecker has worked in thin-film battery research since 1990, and participated in some of the earliest innovations in the field while working on the permanent research staff at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). While at Oak Ridge, Dr. Neudecker co-invented the ORNL thin-film battery technology by developing new nitride and sub-nitride Lithium-ion (Li-ion) thin-film anodes, as well as the "Li-free" battery, which combines the most desirable properties of a Li-ion and a Li battery. Raised in Stuttgart, Germany, Dr. Neudecker earned his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Stuttgart and the Max-Planck-Institute for Solid State Research in Germany.
 David Kirwan

David Kirwan joined IPS in May 2007. Prior to joining the company, he held various financial and operational roles in the United States and Europe for such prominent technology firms as Apple Computer and Storage Technology Corp. In addition, he spent three years as CFO at Fischer Imaging, Inc., a Denver-based public company that designed and manufactured medical imaging equipment. Mr. Kirwan is a fellow of the Charter Institute of Management Accountants. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College, Dublin Ireland.
 Timothy Bradow

Tim Bradow has over 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry, with responsibilities in applications engineering and world-wide marketing. Prior to joining IPS, Mr. Bradow was a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Xilinx, Inc. Tim joined Xilinx in November 2000 when Xilinx acquired RocketChips Inc., a fabless-semiconductor startup based in Minneapolis, MN developing high speed serial I/O technology. Tim Bradow has a BSEE from North Dakota State University.
 David Squires

Mr. Squires joined IPS in February, 2009 to work with the company visionaries in identifying and posturing the company's long-term sales and marketing strategies. David partners with key customers to identify innovative solutions for their needs using the IPS family of THINERGY® products. His primary focus is collaboration with a varied group of stakeholders in developing and forging solid relationships. David began his career as a linear design engineer at National Semiconductor, and has since held applications and technical marketing positions. He holds an MSEE from Caltech, a BSEE from McMaster University, and holds six patents.
 Robert Smith

Robert Smith has over 20 years experience in semiconductor operations at the director/senior management level. Prior to joining IPS, he was appointed Director of Operations with Samsung Austin Semiconductor and worked closely with this company for 9 years. Robert received the Chairman's award for productivity and aggressively benchmarked other companies to ensure a leadership position. Mr. Smith led Samsung Austin by being the first subsidiary to implement a Six Sigma Program, with all managers and engineers "green belt" certified. Robert is very goal driven and requires the same of his team. Mr. Smith has a BSEE from the University of New Mexico.
Gerry Pagano
VP, Sales

Mr. Pagano joined the company in January 2011 to lead the worldwide sales effort. Gerry brings over 20 years of technology sales and sales management experience to IPS. Prior positions have included Vice-President of Sales, Worldwide Sales and Major Accounts positions with Zhone Technologies, Ascend Communications and Telebit Corporation. He holds a BS in Psychology from Westfield State College in Massachusetts.
 Dee Anna P. Untch
Director, Human Resources

Dee Anna P. Untch has over 25 years experience in Human Resources (HR), Operations, and Manufacturing. With over 15 years in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment, Ms. Untch has focused experience on HR systems in recruiting, on-boarding, training, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and safety. Prior to joining Infinite Power Solutions, she worked for Windsor Industries in Englewood, CO, as Sr. Human Resources Generalist responsible for managing key areas of the department. Dee has a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, and she is a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI) trainer for Skills for an Empowered Workforce and for Targeted Selection Interviewing Systems.
